Main Character Energy Writer’s Workshop
Imagination is the limit in this classroom workshop all about character creation. Students will become character detectives, sorting out the key features and traits that make their favorite picture book characters so memorable. Then they will put their knowledge to use, crafting their very own beloved (or perhaps loathed) character to star in their very own story.

something that makes them spark. Using growth mindset, we will find what makes each of us shine in our own way. We will create art that highlights what our powerful brains can do and, as a bonus, the art can be used for a class display or perhaps a class book!
